Richard Rackley - Agent
Being a native Knoxvillian, I’ve lived in every side of town, I grew up in Rocky Hill in west Knoxville, then moved to south Knoxville for a job in Maryville, then to Karns and finally the north side of town in Fountain City where I now call home. I even lived in a condo downtown in the historic Candy Factory across from the famous Sunsphere. I love Knoxville and enjoy introducing it to new comers and celebrating it with local residents that are moving to a new home. By being very familiar with many areas, I have knowledge, resources and friends all over town. I have a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education from the University of Tennessee which allows me to explain complex issues in an easy to understand way. I spent 30 years working for a local private college where I started as a Recruiter and Instructor, then the Curriculum Developer and Marketing Director and finally the Director of College Affairs. There I built relationships by being available to answer questions and listening intently when conversing with others. I enjoy building relationships with my clients so I can meet or exceed their expectations. I try to see several steps ahead to be a good problem solver and seek individualized solutions. I am driven to try to be the best at everything I do. I have twin daughters that are very talented with ballet, acting, singing and piano. I enjoy walking 2 miles daily, playing the drums and spending time with my kids. Knoxville will always be home and I want to help you feel the same way.
