About Kim

Being born just about 85 miles north of Knoxville, in Corbin, Ky., Kim has always been close to and visited the Knoxville area so when her husband, Jeff had an offer to transfer here with his job at Pilot Co. in 2012, they happily accepted!

Kim has a love for people and community, as well as serving both.  She and her husband are very active in their church and the music ministry there.  Their family loves living in East Tennessee! Their children and grandchild live in the area as well, son-Blake, his wife, Taylor and their 5 yr. old daughter. Their daughter, Brierre, is currently engaged to be married early next year.

Kim chose to get involved in real estate because of the excitement of finding just the right house or property and making it your own whether that is a new construction or a remodel.  She and her husband have been very involved in building 2 of their own homes and have also bought “previously enjoyed” homes.  Each have been equally important to their family so she knows what an important and big decision that purchase is!  She loves the whole process of helping others find the perfect fit for them where they can live comfortably and make memories that will last forever.
